Throughout each guest change-over our in-house cleaners, inventory assistants and maintenance managers ensure the property is thoroughly inspected and maintained to the highest standard. Further to this, our own internal policies, such as a high guest damage deposit, mitigates the risk. Externally, the listing platforms we use offer a host guarantee, protecting all landlords worldwide if damage occurs to their property.
Yes. Short term rentals are completely flexible. Holiday homes can be a temporary fix to bringing in additional revenue whilst the real estate market is down, or it can be a way to raise money in the short term. All you have to do, is give us notice, and we can list the property for annual rental, or for sale on your behalf. Annual rental locks landlords into 12 month contracts, and doesn’t offer you the flexibility to stay in your own home, when you, family or friends want to visit.
At Landhouse Holiday Homes, we pride ourselves on working with clients for the long term, offering a personal and dedicated service just for their property. Working with other agents, is very impractical, if not impossible. We utilise multiple booking platforms which synchronise calendars in real time. Not only would this lack certainty of availability and pricing, but it would also cause duplicate listings, due to our system listing properties on all of the major booking sites. Finally, DTCM make this a legal requirement. Each property management organisation are held to be responsible for everything that happens in that property.
